1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player" or "User") and j2w ("we", "us", "our" or "the Platform"). They govern your use of the j2w website, mobile-optimised platform, and all associated services including online casino games, sports betting, crash games, and any promotional offers made available through j2w.bet.

By creating an account, logging in, or placing any wager on j2w, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. 3. Account Registration & Security

Creating an account on j2w is free of charge. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. j2w cannot be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

Password & Access Security

You must choose a strong, unique password for your j2w account. You must not share your password with any third party. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify us immediately at [email protected]. j2w may temporarily freeze an account while a security investigation is in progress.

• Do not use easily guessable passwords such as your name, date of birth, or sequential numbers.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared or public devices.
• Never share your one-time passwords (OTPs) or verification codes with anyone, including j2w support staff.

Account Closure

You may request the closure of your j2w account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any pending bonus amounts that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited. Any verified real-money balance will be returned subject to our standard withdrawal procedures and KYC verification.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals
